RCAP is a Charitable Institution (recognized under section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance of the government of Hong Kong) aiming at helping abandoned pets. Respecting animals' right to live, RCAP commits to take care of animals in need and uphold a no-kill policy.

Dog is always regarded as the best friend to human. Apart from bringing laughers, dogs are capable of exercising various duties, such as police dog, drug detector dog, guide dog for the blind, PR dog, and therapy dog. While animals are willing to serve as our comforter and protector whole-heartedly, some people are trying to abandon, or even abuse, the innocent animals. Abandoning pets that have never lived outside the household environment makes it no different from killing them. As a member of an international cosmopolitan, shall we put a stop to this deplorable scene?
