Emergency Medical Fund

We always hope that our dogs and cats can lead healthy and joyful lives. However, accidents and illnesses can always threaten the fragile lives of animals. Although we understand that emergency medical attention can prevent an injured animal to be permanently disabled and increase the chance of living of many sick animals, the high cost of emergency medical treatment has prevented many animals from being rescued. RCAP therefore establishes the Emergency Medical Fund to provide necessary rescue to those animals in need.
